Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and our car was immediately parked for us, we were taken into our room with a gorgeous view. I also loved how we got complimentary snacks for Eid from the team. All staff members across the whole place are super nice, considering and thoughtful, they really made the whole experience even better. We loved going to the beach to snorkel and I would like to mention Joyle who was working there with a really good memory and compassion. We have a massive respect for him trying to learn Russian to communicate better with the tourists. The live music in the evenings was also very lovely and pleasant to listen to. Overall, the whole experiencewl was delightful and we cannot wait to return there again.

We had a fantastic staycation at this modern and stylish hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms beautifully designed, and we loved the convenience of smart controls in the rooms. The adults-only pool is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds, and the beach is also enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Mr. Anouar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided all the necessary information, guided us throughout our stay, and even assisted with arranging baby cribs and choosing good room and flexible check-out.

It is a very modern hotel, very clean, facilities well organized, clean rooms and toilets, lobby is very beautiful. Pools are good. Towels are fresh ❤️ Grill on the diner is the best! Generally we are very happy with our stay! Special thanks for thanks to the spa. Terapists and atmosphere are pleasant and professional. Lea is great, strongly recommend her! Just loved them ❤️ It's important to know that only ocean view rooms have balconies. It is an environmentally friendly hotel, and you would not find paper napkins on dining tables.
